You can find plenty of great resources for product design and UX interviews on Youtube, so I won’t go over those. Here I will specifically touch on some high level types of interviews you might find helpful.
This is honestly different for every single role. Sometimes different teams might even have different steps in their hiring process. A typical set of product design interviews could look like:
1.) 15 min - Recruiter phone screen 2.) 30 min - Hiring manager chat 3.) 1hr - Portfolio presentation 4.) 1hr - Panel behavioral questions 5.) 30 min - Director chat 6.) Offer
To make it even more complex many companies have their own unique spin on some kind of values assessment that can be 1:1 or some kind of committee. Usually the larger the company, the more rigid their interview structure will be. Some startups, you might nab an offer after talking to two people! Some roles, you might have to go through 8 rounds, it really varies from role to role.

Here you will likely be given 20-40 minutes to present a single project or 30-60 minutes to present two projects
For this, I would refer to this older Facebook guide on how to pick a good project to share and some tips on how to create a compelling presentation
Additionally, check out my post for why you should create a presentation (likely a slide deck) if you have a interview step where you are expected to present a project
Why you should create a "presentation" for a portfolio project
